Redesign of the GE Healthcare website on a freelance basis with Wunderman Thompson, aiming to create a digital eco system that is as innovative, efficient, and as effective as their products, accompanied by a knowledge base with a social aspect for healthcare professionals.
The challenge was to deliver a web experience that generates customer intelligence, anticipates their needs, inspires them to look forward, and supports them throughout their journey with GEHC. Another challenge for the UI was to connect the dots between the GE Corporate
The redesign focused on high traffic pages that pay a key role in product journeys, such as: Specialty page, Product Category page, Sub-Category page and Product page. We took a modular approach, while defining the distinct roles that each page should play within product journeys.
